Our CIO advisory services are designed to assist organizations that are in transition with their CIO/CDO/CTO level roles. Here are example scenarios where we are engaged:
Interim / Acting CIO Appointments: In these cases, a CIO has left the organization, and leadership has decided to elevate one of the technology leaders into the CIO role while a search is underway to hire a new CIO. We can provide that leader with the support to effectively lead the organization and keep the technology journey progressing while the search is conducted.
First-Time CIO: In this case, the organization has hired or promoted someone, and this is their first CIO assignment. We will partner with that new CIO to help them build their strategy, evaluate the team, build relationships, and define their technology roadmaps. This is an ideal way to reduce the risk associated with a first-time CIO appointment.
